ولین جلسه شورای معاونین در نهم خرداد ماه سال هزار چهارصد و دو در باشگاه فرهنگی ورزشی نیروی زمینی میزبان دکتر سرهنگ چنگیز مسیب زاده ریاست دپارتمان کمیته تیر اندازی و ریاست کلیه کمیته ها سازمان نخبگان ورزشی و ریاست دگارتمان ورزشهای نظامیان جهان که هم اکنون ریاست تربیت بدنی نیروی زمینی ارتش جمهوری اسلام بر عهده ایشان است جلسه با موضوعیت ساختار مند کردن دپارتمانهای سازمان و تفویض اختیار و شناسایی ظرفیتهای اعضای اصلی و شناخت اعضای هیات رییسه تشکیل شد با حضور ۱۵ عضو سخنرانی دکتر حمیدرضا عباسی مقدم و تشریح ماموریت سازمان و خیر مقدم از طرف دکتر سرهنگ مسیب زاده و ارایه پتانسیل و ظرفیت ارتش و حمایت از نخبگان جهان و سخنرانی دکتر اسلام کریمی در راستای ساختار مرتب و تشکیل صندوق نخبگان ورزشی جهان وبیانات دکتر عبدالرضا ساور معاونت وزیر ورزش سابق ایران اسلامی و اعلام حمایت و سخنرانی پروفسور علیرضا ایرانبخش در خصوص راه اندازی رشته حقوق ورزشی در سازمان و ایران و حمایت سازمان با کل ظرفیت و بیانات دکتر سید شهرام موسودی در حوزه سلامت پزشکی نخبگان و سخنرانی پروفسور هزینی در خصور افزایش ورزشها در جهت کسب در امد از طریق سلامت ورزش و سخنرانی دکتر سعید سلطانی در خصوص ساختار حقوقی سازمان وسخنرانی دکتر احمد شقاقی از مربیان برجسته کاراته جهان در حمایت از سازمان نخبگان مطالبی فرمود و سپس استاد داود فلاح استاد بی نظیر تکواندو ایران ومدیر اسبق فدراسیون تکواندو ایران اعلام حمایت نمودندن و استاد گودرزی معاونت ای تی دپارتمتن ارزیابی عملکرد سازمان هم اعلام امادگی نمود و جناب استاد شاهوردی هم اعلام حمایت و ظرفیت خود را اعلام نمود و دکتر کیوان بنفیری هم با کلیه ظرفیتت اعلام امادگی نمود و استاد محمد انصاری بازیکن تیم ملی ایران و تیم پرسپولیس به اهمیت نخبه پروری پرداختThe first meeting of the Council of Deputies was held on the 9th of June of the year 1402(2023) at the Cultural and Sports Club of the Ground Forces, hosted by Dr. Colonel Chengiz Mosibzadeh, the head of the shooting committee department and the head of all committees of the sports elite organization and the head of the world military sports department, who is now the head of physical education.
